They have a help page — https://polyvore.zendesk.com/home — and there’s a “contact us” link at the bottom. They used to respond to emails sent to info@polyvore.com and/or polyvore@polyvore.com, but I was told they aren’t monitoring those mailboxes since they now have a “help desk” which doesn’t really provide you a way to submit tickets. You might also try posting (as in commenting) on their blog — http://blog.polyvore.com/ or posting a set to the group Polyvore Feedback — http://www.polyvore.com/polyvore_feedback/group.show?id=84472.

I would LOVE to give you permission to use my sets, but in the case of that particular set, I embellished some artwork (the face) of a very talented Illustrator named Christian David Moore (http://www.christiandavidmoore.com/portfolio.html). If he approves, you definitely have my permission to use it.
